Watch the selected TED talk, and write a short reflection essay which consists of the following elements:

(a) A short summary of what the TED talk is trying to convey (not more than half a page). (10 marks)
(b) A section where you reflect on the TED talk content and evaluate whether it aligns with what we have covered in the course (on either resilience or stress). In your reflection, consider the premise of the TED talk, critique the content, and if possible, find articles/sources that might offer a different point of view. All in all, there should be a coherent argument for the conclusion you derive at the end of your reflection. (40 marks)
(c) A section where you critically appraise one of your own personal experiences relating to resilience or stress, and discuss how you can better understand and learn from that experience using what is covered during the course, as well as what you have watched in the TED talk. (Please note: when sharing your personal experience, refrain from sharing any confidential or overly sensitive information. Do not include identifiable data, and use pseudonyms when referring to other people.) (40 marks)
(d) In addition, you need to ensure that the reflection piece is coherent, organised and well-integrated.
