About Expert

About Expert – Michael Tan has completed his PhD in Business Administration from NTU with specialisation in organisational behaviour and strategic management. Michael specialises in providing quality guidance and support with research proposals such as with topic selection and reframing it based on feedback, addressing literature gaps and suggesting appropriate research design to carry out the data collection and analysis process.

Areas of Expertise – Michael specialized in crafting research proposals, suggesting narrow and specific topics that have good potential for research, strategic management and HRM studies, marketing research, organisational behaviour and MBA research.

Qualification – Michael has completed his PhD in Business Administration from NTU, and bachelor of commerce from NUS.

Achievements – Successfully assisted over 200+ students with their research proposal with high acceptance rate, and also provided guidance on correcting proposals as per feedback to enhance approval rate.
