v. Brief overview of existing efforts undertaken in terms of laws, awareness campaigns and efforts by various entities to address this form of online harm
b) Identify and explain ONE (1) gap or challenge that existing efforts may not be sufficiently addressing. Then, assess how the various entities (e.g., parents, communities, companies, government and non-government organisations) can share responsibility in addressing this gap or challenge.

The major gap is identified in the form of low level of confidence among the vulnerable groups which can be addressed by undertaking shared responsibility by government through policy and enforcement, by communities through education, and by families through guidance and supervision.
Digital inclusion initiatives
Some of the Digital inclusion initiatives undertaken are seniors Go Digital whereby seniors are provided with basic digital skills, digital access programs aimed at providing connectivity to low income families, and community digital ambassadors aimed at offering personal guidance.
Initiative for persons with disabilities
The initiatives are mainly in the form of government initiative and organisational initiative such as SG Enable technology fund to support persons with disability, accessible platforms offered by Tech companies such as screen reader compatibility etc.
