Although they are very big players, still they are faced with the challenge of maintaining brand loyalty, as there is an increasing level of switching platform among customers based on criteria like promotion, discount and product availability. The level of customer trust is also highly affected by factors like data privacy, authenticity of the product and delivery reliability. It is therefore quite important to understand the factors that directly affect the brand loyalty among e-commerce users to help them maintain the market share and customer retention.
Problem definition
Research aim: The main aim of the given research is to identify the factors affecting land loyalty amount eCommerce platform users in Singapore.
Research questions: The research questions are:
